These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Mesolab (the "Service"), provided as a mobile app and a web app. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Mesolab is a strength-training tracker: it helps you plan training programs, log sets and workouts, and review your training history and progress. It is a training tool, not a coaching, medical, or health-monitoring service.
Mesolab is not intended for children under the age of 13, consistent with our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 13 years old and, where your local law sets a higher age for agreeing to terms like these without a parent or guardian, that you meet that age or have that permission.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly at support@mesolab.app if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
You agree not to:
The web app includes Competition Groups: small, invite-code-only groups where members can see each other's workout activity in a shared feed and react to it. By participating in a group, you agree not to post, share, or react with anything that is unlawful, harassing, threatening, or that infringes another person's rights.
The native iOS app has no shared feed, messaging or Competition Groups. We may remove content or suspend or terminate access for any user who violates this standard. You can report a post or a member directly from the group feed, and reported content is hidden from the group while we look at it. You can also block another member, which stops their activity reaching your feed. For anything else — or if you would rather not use the in-app tools — contact us at support@mesolab.app; we aim to respond promptly.
Mesolab provides training suggestions — such as weight, rep, and progression guidance — based on the data you enter. These suggestions are for informational and motivational purposes only and are not medical advice. They are not a substitute for guidance from a qualified coach or physician.
Strength training carries an inherent risk of injury. You are solely responsible for assessing your own physical condition, using correct form and safe loading, and consulting a physician before beginning or modifying a training program, particularly if you have any pre-existing condition. You assume all risk of injury arising from your use of the Service and the training data or suggestions it provides.
On iOS, Mesolab can save completed workouts to Apple Health with your explicit permission. It does not read Health data or import bodyweight from Health, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can revoke this permission at any time in the Health app. We are not responsible for how Apple's HealthKit or other third-party services you connect handle your data once it leaves the Service.
Mesolab offers weekly, monthly and yearly auto-renewing App Store subscriptions. Each plan provides the same access to continued workout logging. New accounts can complete one workout free without making a purchase; this app trial does not automatically convert to a paid subscription. Viewing existing history remains available.
You retain ownership of the training data you enter into the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that data back to you as part of providing the Service, as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not claim ownership of your training data. You can request deletion of your data at any time as described in the Privacy Policy.
If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, contact us at support@mesolab.app with a description of the work, the material you believe infringes it, and your contact information, and we will investigate.
If you downloaded the mobile app from the Apple App Store, the following additional terms apply to that app and take precedence over any conflicting term above:
Mesolab's name, mailing address, and phone number:
Jordan Selph XPVVLT

The Service, including its design, features, and underlying software, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our name, branding, or trademarks.
You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time, as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, or if we discontinue the Service. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 10, 12, 14, and 15 — will survive.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any suggestion it generates is suitable for your individual physical condition.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of the Service, including any injury sustained while following a training suggestion the Service provides. Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in this section limits Mesolab's responsibility to you beyond what applicable law permits.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer-protection law in your own jurisdiction requires otherwise.
If you are a California resident, under California Civil Code §1789.3 you may contact the Complaint Assistance Unit of the Division of Consumer Services of the California Department of Consumer Affairs in writing at 1625 North Market Blvd., Suite N 112, Sacramento, CA 95834, or by telephone at (800) 952-5210.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms here and changing the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
